Its agents that will take the time to explain EVERYTHING to you and vendors that won't charge you a boat load of fees. Do your ACTUAL research instead of listening to RUclips UNIVERSITY.

Thank You. I was a Teacher in Georgia ( both permanent, and Long term Certified Substitute) and I paid into the 403B FICA Alternative Plan. I Retired and got that Retirement. However I think that the Carrier and School District Cheated me. Despite the fact that I was a Veteran Teacher with over 21 years of Classroom Teaching experience. I have since left the School District and got my 403B FICA Retirement in a LUMP SUM PAYOUT! Is there anything that I can do? I would greatly appreciate your feedback. I Sincerely Thank you for addressing this issue.😅

If your plan offers a good brokerage company to choose from I.e. Fidelity or Vanguard and you have many different no-load index funds to choose from it’s a great choice. People should definitely do their research first though.

Hi there... I'm a nurse at a non-profit hospital. They just forced me into a 403b because I made too much last year? Okay... However, my 401k will stay open also and all my new contributions are going to this 403b? Like starting over again and they won't convert my money from my 401k to the 403b? What is going on here in 2024? Please help me because if I cannot grow my money anymore on my own in my 401k I'm just going to quit.... Thoughts on how I can get them to migrate all the funds from the 401k or, can I make the 401k into a traditional IRA and keep growing it that way without penalty? It's all thru Vanguard and they are clueless. I just don't know what kinda questions to ask. Please advise when time permits. Appreciate your time.
